Curious to hear how/where folks track big decisions? In my case it’s investment decisions (mostly) but would love to know how people capture and look back on big product decisions, hiring decisions, fork in the road decisions...

I've tried to do something like this in Notion but lost track of it. In theory the reminder system would work well for finite-period predictions, though. I've often thought this would be a good use for a Twitter bot, given the public-accountability aspect.
