Seed rounds in the US are declining at alarming rates: * Seed deals down 50% in Q1 2020 versus Q3 2019 * Q1 2020: more Series A deals (331) than Seed deals (267) We need to keep funding innovation at the earliest stages. There are way too many funds playing at the Series A.

Disagree -- we need more real ideas to back. Too much money chasing too few ideas rn.

I think the issue is that the average seed round is too unnecessarily big in terms of $ when most ideas could reach validation with half or a third as much cash.
