Is it responsible to build a company in SF when it would be *so* much cheaper literally anywhere else? (and therefore could pay employees more, and do even more R&D)? Realistically I don't want to leave SF anytime soon - but eugh, I feel a bit guilty about it
im extremely skeptical of the argument for SF in hard bio competing for much smaller talent pool at dramatically higher prices, limited infra for scaling labs (esp at medium scales), and tailwinds that benefit everyone but you. not that cambridge is better, but san diego may be
