the odds of a single twenty y/o founder building a billion dollar company is shockingly high (non-zero) the odds of three twenty y/o's that met in college, founding a billion dollar company is zero. the ability to attract radically different talent is a great leading indicator

While I’m not sure I 100 % agree with this , but an extension of that line of thought could be that generational outcomes will more likely to have cofounders (the best talent was naturally paired together )
