how in the world do you go about finding a good PCP? work in healthcare and still feeling hopelessly lost about finding a somewhat research forward doc.

1. Check whose in network. 2. Start Googling names and making calls. Zocdoc is also good sometimes. At least that's how I found mine. Air on the side of more experience too when it comes to a PCP.

my current person trainer spent a lot of time away on narcotics trafficking charges. I find this is a good leading indicator for willingness to endorse weird experiments
