    how in the world do you go about finding a good PCP? work in healthcare and still feeling hopelessly lost about finding a somewhat research forward doc.

        1. Check whose in network. 2. Start Googling names and making calls. Zocdoc is also good sometimes. At least that's how I found mine. Air on the side of more experience too when it comes to a PCP.

        But a good starting point is to choose a large health system. So like I would look at Penn family medicine vs a random private practice bc odds are their EMR is better integrated, they have admitting privileges, etc.

        still have not found one :-( I usually just go to urgent care because it ends up being cheaper for me... $20 copay vs $25 🤦🏻‍♀️
