this advice is applicable for .02% of the population. For the vast majority of people (even in top n-schools) there is value that isn’t just signaling. What are the 2-3 most under appreciated things the “drop out” advocates miss?

1. internships- colleges offer a window to try out/ experiment with a large variety of jobs much more easily 2. Environment /network - college gives you opportunity to meet a diversity of smart people (ppl who can influence you, act as cofounders, etc)
