Has anyone worked at a tech company with good “book culture”? What did it look like? (I’m thinking of book culture as things like internal libraries, book club, company-wide reads, etc. — maybe dedicated time for reading?)

We're trying to build a strong book culture here (this thread is great for additional inspo!)
