Airline geek friends: need your judgement.
Looking to switch airline loyalty. I fly 20-30 transcon a year (mostly BOS->SFO), have jet blue mosaic + recently lapsed aa exec plat. Cannot deal with JetBlue anymore.
What’s the best loyalty program I can hop to?

I used to be United 1K some years ago and it was pretty great. Harder to get upgrades on popular routes, but treated well, good award flight availability, and enough free upgrades that I stayed happy. I also really liked the codeshare airlines (Lufthansa, Sing Air, Swiss Air)

But I will say my frequent flyer friends now all go for Delta, and my friend who’s had diamond status for years has had fucking amazing customer service from them when things go wrong.
