update: totally fulfilling and rewarding experience, doing no water was much harder then doing no food. Bagels + friends at the end to break fast made it plenty worth it.pic.twitter.com/U1cdEKf9kL

Do sixteen hours fasting/eight hours not most days. I found it useful for focus + appetite control, but I’m relatively skeptical that it’s a good idea for most people.
