I get the pros and cons and not saying it’s right in all cases, but having more presence rather than less is valuable. Think the pendulum has swung too far the other way.

hence why this is kind of an unproductive thread - the vast majority of companies do this already, a few notable examples do not (and likely built their culture/HR policies around their work schedule approach), hard to compare the two.
