Best solution I've seen for hosted Notebooks is either Databricks or Netflix's stack (https://www.google.com/search?q=netflix+notebook+stack&oq=netflix+notebook+stack&aqs=chrome..69i57.3131j0j4&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 …) the remainder on this list leave a lot to desire (largely, environmental management) and are sluggish

Thanks for the feedback Will! Netflix has a complex setup and it's not available externally. Not familiar with Databricks: do they offer free, easy-to-use hosted notebooks? Re: performance, Kaggle Kernels is fast. Re: environment, Binder & Azure let you specify exact requirements
