Mate I doubt you’ve read those books. Drug pricing is a minuscule piece of the puzzle that is often driven up by “intermediaries” called PBMs. Aka, insurance is the problem. Did you even bother to skim through the first few chapters? Haha
How is this different from going to a hospital and getting surgery? I just want to know why a pill is different from a procedure, or if you’re just saying that any life-saving service should have its price dictated by the government.
