This is the first I've heard of this person, Ross hasn't sold his life rights, I don't have power of attorney, never saw or signed a contract, never read a letter of intent. AND he spelled our name wrong.
Happy to forward the email to you if you want to take legal action, etc. That being said, he's incredibly bad at this, and I'm very doubtful any real investor (certainly of the tier copied on this email) would fall for this.
