The illegal wildlife markets of China, which have flourished for decades, must not be allowed to function. The same holds true for wildlife markets in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. #StopEatingWildlifehttps://bit.ly/39RSvUB

Didn't this whole virus disaster start with people eating bats they bought from the wildlife market in Wuhan, China?

The virus may have originated in bats, but not necessarily human consumption of same. China has "wet" markets where people can select from live animals for their evening meal. The animals are in crowded and squalid conditions and a bat could bite or be bitten.

Started with Mao starving folks, had to turn to anything to stay alive. The system in China and other similar locations started this.
