Good work! Unfortunately chainsaws are cheap to replace in Cambodia so unless you’re arresting the offender they just requip and back in the forest cutting timber the next day. And you have to find secure space to store your confiscated chainsaw so it can’t be stolen back

Although not always possible as offenders may escape the scene, our rangers always take the appropriate actions to enforce the law on offenders. Confiscated chainsaws are kept in secure lockups at our stations, for example here are >3000 chainsaws at our Sre Ambel station.pic.twitter.com/F9GTQqoUm8
