@senatemajldr Why are you HELLBENT on eliminating a plan that the MAJORITY of Americans want to keep in place? Getting rid of the Affordable Care Act is not a "win" in your column, just make @GOP MORE DESPISED. You can not afford that. If you don't like some aspects, help fix!

Why? That's what I don't understand. Take away SS and Medicare, then exempt people with pre-exisiting conditions. Retirees will either starve to death on the streets, or die because they can't afford insurance. That seems pretty darned cold to me.

Money. For-profit insurance co's don't want to compete with Medicare-for-All. Drug co's don't want to cut prices & lose profits. Mostly, Social Sec has Trillions in Treasury bonds saved away, but that $$$ was borrowed for tax cuts for rich. Now the rich don't want to pay it back.

Considering Mitch’s age, you would think he would be prioritizing medical care but I have to assume that he and the rest of the ancient undead GOP signed a pact with the devil so they will live on forever!

Those Red State voters with pre-existing conditions are fully on board with this, too. That's how incredibly stupid they are.
