Assailant: Noun. A person who physically attacks another. Every Red State has a Stand Your Ground law which makes shooting an assailant not only legal but your duty. How does tweeting a fact get you suspended!?

I knew it had to be about the Alyssa Milano thread, because it was too close to home for them. I was astounded when I saw her sitting that close behind him. Very dangerous...she’s nuts...

I will keep this going only because of the censorship. I don't want anyone killed but I will stand for the principle. The one-sided censorship must stop.

Hard to defend free speech when it publicly calls for shooting people. I will never support anyone advocating for violence. Only for self defense against violence.

Hence the key word, assailant.

I think we should have the right to say whatever we want without censorship. Let the free market decide. But we don't have that privilege due to Dorsi

We do if we all move to http://Gab.com . Are you fed up with
#Twitler yet??

Threats are not free speech. Think of it this way: someone walks up to you and starts yelling they want to blow someone --whether or not it is you -- to pieces. What would you do? Probably call the cops. Maybe run. But, you would know it was dangerous and unlawful. As is this.

-
When you see statements that seem extreme, try swapping out the surrounding details. In a different place, with a different person, would you think it is okay? The idea of free speech, like libertarianism, is liberty limited to not harming or threatening others.
-
I use thought experiments like this often. If I see something that sounds good as a sound bite or motto, I think it through, in a variety of situations. If it doesn't work in a different scenario that is functionally similar, then the saying is not correct. This is reasoning.
