I just switched my 4 dogs food delivery to @bernalbeast as they use @UPS for their carrier - a union shop. While I appreciate that @FedEx apologized for the fiasco, I am left feeling pretty awful about the whole experience and NEVER have had an issue with UPS. Sorry @Chewy and
Thankfully. I have never had an issue with my deliveries. Of course, I think it helps that the warehouse is in my state.

This was actually my office and medications - though FedEx did screw up a chewy delivery once....which chewy fixed. I still cannot get over how I was first spoken to on the phone by hub manager, Flavio - the one who then came to my office to apologize.
