FCPS is currently piloting several safety & security programs in schools, including weapons screening, vape detection sensors, & drones to be used by the incident report team.
But FCPS provided little info about how & where they are being implemented.
Cristol's statement about resigning from the County Board in two months to take the Tysons Alliance job.

D.C. sources confirming to me 's scoop that MPD Chief Robert Contee is leaving the department for a high-level position at the FBI. He became chief just over two years ago, and has dealt with a spike in some violent crimes during his time atop the department.
