No, they've dropped abt .45c b/c gas prices are increasing this week. Diesels is sky high b/c you're draining our fuel exporting it to Ukraine, Latin American, and EU and leaving Americans to freeze and go broke this winter, you have been draining our fuel since March. LOSERS
