Believe it or not, I've been a registered Democrat for decades, ever since college.
Gotta say, the last few weeks have made me rethink things. @DNC no longer seems the natural home for classical liberal centrists like me.

I walked away 2 weeks after Obamas first administration started. He lied about everything he campaigned on and within 2 weeks he was already doing exactly the opposite of what he promised to do. A big traitor that fooled a lot of us.
