I was thinking of plastic I-beams or model train track pieces and heating them up/bending them but I have my doubts if it'll work/be solid.

@WhelpSlayer if you make sure there is some additional support at the back it will be fine. Just don't over bend beams
@docbungle mhmm some conveniently placed rocks or grass hiding some wire could do it.
