@WhelpSlayer Oddly the application of cooking oil may clear that up before you get all gungho with the paint stripper.
...I know I'm only speed painting my legion but I don't really want them to look shabby, think I may strip and redo these guys...

@WhelpSlayer coat one in gloss and see if it goes away. Then matte again at a warmer temp. -
