I don’t know who this guy is but Gascon didn’t leave to “take the job in LA,” he left to run for the job. And who are the 83,000 people who signed the recall petition? He never delves into that — because it doesn’t fit his narrative.https://www.sfexaminer.com/news/the-dangerous-joke-of-the-chesa-boudin-recall/ …

@LincolnMitchell this you? How about you bring Chesa to NYC + let him be your DA? Watch him do whatever it is you think that makes him great + prove us all wrong over here in SF 3000k miles away from your Columbia Univ desk. Also the recall is going to succeed. Chesa is abysmal.3 replies 4 retweets 39 likes -
What a disingenuous article. Doesn’t mention lack of prosecutions for serious, violent offenders, or the rampant thieving. Most SF residents agree with no cash bail, releasing cannabis offenders, 2nd chance for 1st time offenders. But he’s enabling a lawless society. Recall!

Replying to @earthstepper @romanmahon and
It doesn't mention zero trials, or any kind of significant consequence for any kind of drug dealing that's produced 1200 dead by overdose in SF since Jan 2020.
@susieneilson, like@chesaboudin, are manufacturing consent for this massacre.1 reply 0 retweets 9 likes
1200 deaths. So preventable it is incredibly sad. SF has such an enormous budget, way beyond what other big cities have, but when the acutely toxic drugs are openly allowed to be sold there is no other outcome but death.
