Cause single parent hood rate of black American is 70% and so many other factors you do know black on black crime does more harm than anything else and not to mention other groups like Asian and Jews do the best in America and Latinos aren't doing bad.

The income is so low as a result of redlining, despite it's legality being removed decades ago, it's effects still remain. These lower income areas not only have less opportunities, but also are overpoliced. Black on black crime is unrelated because it's not a result of -
