I don't understand this whole "poc should play characters of color." thing. Like, are we seriously just gonna restrict all voice actors to playing only their color now? Is this supposed to solve a problem in the industry? I really want to know, because it's very confusing to me.
Mainly designed to deal with 2 issues, lack of poc representation in va and stereotypical accents, an issue that has pretty much gone down these things are always used to bring up poc talent that was overlooked also natural accents
