when do they say the police are bad though

they show the government is bad by funding a mad scientist and saying it was paid with citizens tax dollars. and, they didn't, this is a kids movie you don't want kids to learn not to report crimes, and more importantly again, using biased media to influence children is illegal

that's my whole point, they dunked on the government easily but they just sorta nudge kids and say "hey guys, this policeman is breaking the law and believes he will get away with it, isn't he naughty?"
