You have to be calm regardless. And we know, even energetically, a big shift in consciousness is happening. Look all the stuff that happened so far in 2020. It's not natural. People are waking up and it's exciting. Not saying you MUST to be okay. I'm saying things WILL be okay.
If you want to understand what I'm saying, you would have to go down the rabbit hole. It's not about holding your hand. You would have to learn that a lot of these "conspiracy theories" are actually true. (Not flat earth lol) I cannot just tell you and you know why.
