I wish animal Crossing villagers were a little more fleshed out in their attitudes Their designs are fantastic But having two of the same kind villagers really pulls you out of it Like, Sherb and Zucker both had the exact same reaction to me inviting them, the same phrase etc.

I'm not asking for each villager to have a specific personality or anything Just give them some kind of backstory like, some of them have siblings, maybe something about their style, maybe some kind of specific interaction, like Pokemon don't really talk but each species still--

--has something to it Also Knowing that Villagers will be almost always extremely happy takes away from some of the things they say Like, I understand mean villagers can scare the kiddies, but like emotion makes them feel more real have some characters harder to befriend or smthn
