D-does your country just not have good welfare/charity systems in place for these people?
Not all countries have those kinds of welfare systems and even with them there are a lot of complications People can receive support however some people may not be able to access them or the process of maintaining that support is difficult

I can say that in New Zealand attaining welfare is pretty easy. We have massive culture issues when it comes to what the people on welfare spend it on though. As for the homeless people yeah I'll happily concede that. Its stupid.
