Cops are 100% a part of the target audience of that show. Its to be expected that a pig is gonna love a chance to laugh at lgbt people and hide it behind something.

As for the characters and jokes, there's a lot of flanderisation about them. The main character's girlfriend Vaggie and Angel Dust are important, Vaggie being based on Vivzie herself and Angel Dust being the character she put the most work into
