not implying that the young don't do this but I see an alarming amount of mature people, 50+, obsess over who unfollows them. I'll have to think about it but any ideas why?
Probably assumed they’ve done something wrong Older people seem to believe every single thing online is done with a specific purpose Either that or an unhealthy focus on numbers and such

I agree with this, but I feel like it can really be anybody. Not exclusive to old people, albeit, maybe they are more effected/impacted than younger generations, but I dunno.

like everything i reckon it depends on personality. i noticed it with mature people because it was a trend i had seen and i didnt expect it as much. my bias is i expect kids to take everything super personal and i expect older people to ease up a bit.
