kind of realised that my lack of motivation is because my family makes me feel like shit that last saturday where I actually got stuff done they were gone all day from like 9 to 3 in the morning

And the next day I was woken up by my brother yelling at me. I have minor spasms all over my body like in my eyes and shoulders. Recently they haven't been as frequent. But how much they stressed me out made me get this huge twitch in my left eye which happens every few minutes

Before this it would only be in my arms and such I used to get a lot of eye twitches but they'd stopped for months This one is extremely violent and distracting
