I am so very sorry she passed away. She and her husband created an amazing effective and crucial legacy to help preserve elephants and rhinos. I hope to stays working as long as its needed.
Daphne Sheldrick, who passed away this week, wasn't only the matriarch of the Elephant Orphanage of the @DSWT David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust: she was the matriarch of all sanctuaries for all animals everywhere.
