I hope the movement to sanctuaries will lead to the end of cetacean and sentinel being imprisonment in my lifetime 
The public ethic around captivity is undeniably shifting. Public policy is beginning to reflect that shift. For those animals caught in this changing paradigm, sanctuary is the solution.
