Again it's all about money money money and not about the welfare of these beautiful creatures

But, where are their pods? That's gonna be bad I think... They need their families and do they still know how to hunt and feed themselves??? I'm glad for the release, but only if they'll be alright, I dunno if they will be...Pray for them everyone!

We disagree! The
#WhaleJail orcas should be returned to their families! they are already wild.. and rehabilitation can take months.. and they still would be without their families. -
Having to spend a few months in rehabilitation is better than the high chance of death they face from being released right away. Plus, this plan involves just releasing them into the nearby bay, it doesn't involve locating their original families to reunite them.

As a die hard activist and ongoing donor to The Whale Sanctuary Project, I totally understand and support your decision.

Isn't it likely that the Russian authorities are doing this knowing full well it'll be a failure, so they can tarnish all future release efforts as such, recapture the animals in the bay and sell them anyways?

Speechless. This is a death sentence.
