Like the majority of Americans, I have an immediate family member locked up behind bars. My dad is in prison & at the age of 75, he is high risk for the virus. What about @cbrewsayso who was gunned down in the mission a few days ago. Your job is to prosecute criminals and you haven’t even mentioned him - instead you’re tweeting about freeing a domestic terrorist. If he were a right wing terrorist this wouldn’t be a conversation.

To be clear, supervised release of low level offenders is a good strategy for reducing the spread of Covid. Felony murder is not a low level offense.
