I wouldn’t think JRM advising the good people of Rochdale to get the vaccine would make much difference - do you? Maybe those leaders in the community could pull their fingers out and take responsibility for leading.
Today I asked what the Govt is doing to reach out to ethnic minorities to encourage take-up of the Vaccine.
