@allybank I’ve been with them since they launched. Highest % on savings I’ve seen and free atm withdrawals. Used to be unlimited, now capped per month but still, never had any issues with them -

More importantly could you please tell us what Wells Fargo is going to do for us as customers that are severely inconvenienced by this happening two times in one week? This is unacceptable on every level and compensation is in order

It is my understanding that they have a back up system, but are refusing to switch over to it. What this tells me, is that it's a bigger issue than just an "accidental fire suppression system activation." But, I'm a natural skeptic.

Right, and no fire or smoke caused the activation. It was dust from construction, which seems even more unbelievable to shut down all of their banks nationwide

Do companies even do "routine construction" at 4-5am? I mean, if it's a bank branch where you will inconvenience customers, maybe, if it's major work. But, a secure facility with no need to worry about customers? Why would you do this?
