I’ve been with Wells for more than a decade now. I can count on two fingers how many times this has happened. They’ll get it fixed. Chill peeps. Like others have said, run your debit card as credit and it will go through just fine.

The only issue isn't running a card as credit, no one can transfer funds, access their account to see what they have or if the money they deposited went through, can't make online transactions, pay bills etc. It's happened twice in the last 5 days, it's unacceptable.

Exactly! I'm trying to transfer funds via Zelle, and I can't because #WellsFargodown . This causes an issue in my other account because an automated bill is debiting from that account today.

I wont be able to pay my rent because of this, i worked all night to make my rent money and when i went to transfer it to bank it got declined and sent to direct deposit which will come in on tuesday now. Will this apology pay my rent i dont think so.

Can we all get $100 deposited into our accounts for this inconvenience?!

Will there be an official statement that explains in some more detail what the cause was, what the effects were, what the fix was, and what the plan is to prevent this from happening in the future?

Utility work at one of their main data centers caused the fire suppression system to go off this morning. Zero power to networking or server infrastructure and their fail over plan didn't work.

Yep, and my antivirus blocked the Wells Fargo website and stated the reason as it had been hijacked and then proceeded to stop at least a dozen Trojans from downloading onto my computer. @WellsFargo
