If their online banking is down, how do you expect them to place a message on the main page?

They're able to place "We're experiencing some technical difficulties We're experiencing a system issue that is causing intermittent outages, and we're working to restore services as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience. " So they can place any message they wish.

Yeah it was just the normal sign in page earlier. My dad's 72 he thought he deleted the bank lol

Telling customers to check back is NOT acceptable. It is your responsibility to inform your customers immediately. You have all their information. You can reach out to them and don't say you're working on it. Explain how you're fixing this and what you will do to make it right .

Agreed. It seems all of their servers are down. So it's worse than they are saying. I'd wager this means you can't even go to your wells Fargo and withdraw cash b/c they have no way to access your info. This won't be a quick fix. They won't be honest. We have no recourse.
