We are Virginia and we want gun safety.

And I saw where people are driving from Pennsylvania and Oklahoma to raise a ruckus about our VA gun laws. Go talk to YOUR legislature. But, if you do come, speak peacefully and leave your guns behind. Virginia is for lovers don’t you know.

I wish I understood how the NRA & others convinced the powers that be that a "well-regulated militia" & "the right to bear arms" (the founders should have said "as part of a militia") shall not be infringed" meant guns for all?? What a bastardization of the 2nd Amendment.

"Well regulated" meant functional at the time the 2A was written. They meant exactly what is stated in the 2A.
