On an 85 person Q&A call with Chesa Boudin. There are 15 men and 70 women on this call. This city is failing women on personal safety issues, and the DA is doing an inadequate job of addressing their concerns.

Glad I’m here to cancel out your vote, buddy. Also glad you’re here for me to tax.

More than happy to pay my taxes, and I vote to raise them nearly every time. Enjoy caping for the DA who doesn’t believe in spending that money to support survivors and victims, though.

Supporting survivors and victims isn’t the same thing as throwing people into jail.

What’s your definition of “tougher on crime”, as you imply he should be? A similar critique as before he was elected or had any power. We’re currently in an unprecedented time of economic precarity - I see that as a problem for the social programs to solve, not the DA

Nobody wants “tougher on crime”, all we want is “*anything* on crime”.
@chesaboudin’s catch & release is not that.
Ms. Abe and Ms. Platt had to pay with their lives for his “love criminals” policy. He couldn’t even be bothered to attend their memorial.
