Chesa Boudin does not put criminals behind bars. Juries do or criminals themselves plead. The perp was on parole, he had been imprisoned. Boudin has admitted that his office could do better. Nothing but crickets from Probation and the SFPD, & shrieking by serial election losers.

They can only be put behind bars if the DA charges them. But you already know that. He didn't.
@chesaboudin is fully responsible for these women's deaths.
Protect the decent citizens first. Only then let's talk about criminals' terrible childhoods.
