I got it, the 2018.1.2 installer clears prettier package path in the settings for some reason.

Found the cause of the problem. In only affects the projects created in WebStorm 2018.1 and 2018.1.1 and the workaround is to reselect the path in Preferences. Here's a related issue: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-32496 Thanks again for letting us know!
