In other news, the latest release of WS changed the behavior when you close a parent folder. It used to collapse all child folders. Now, it remembers which child folders were open when you reopen the parent. I preferred the old functionality. Couldn’t find a pref for it.

You can use the Collapse all button on top of the project view (⌘-) as a workaround now.
