@WebStormIDE @jetbrains Is there any possibility to use the awesome WebStorm Code Formatter “standalone”/as npm package e.g. for VS Code, if teams use @code and WebStorm to have a common style? Prettier would be an option but does not allow all the settings WebStorm has.
It is possible to run WebStorm's code formatter from the command-line, but it requires you to have WebStorm installed on a machine: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/webstorm/command-line-formatter.html … By the way, it's now possible to format code using Prettier in WebStorm: https://blog.jetbrains.com/webstorm/2018/02/webstorm-2018-1-eap-181-3870/ …

Yeah, I know that with Prettier, but it does not allow to set a certain code style we want to have. “Opinionated Source Code Formatter” :-) Is there any plan on the roadmap to get the WebStorm Formatter standalone without having WebStorm installed? npm package would be great.

No, sorry, no firm plans for that.
