I use three editors now. Atom because it works great with FB internal tooling, Code because it has a working Node debugger, and Sublime because it has a nice editor. oh no

The problem with the overlap will be fixed in the next Early preview build. So far we had no luck reproducing the flickering... Have you noticed, it happens with all error tooltips or only with some of them (e.g. with long error messages)?
Flickering happens with long error tooltips when they try to position themselves at the same place where the mouse pointer is. If they're small enough to position themselves below the pointer, they don't flicker. I use large font sizes, maybe that's related? I'm on OS X.
