Hey there @intellijidea users. I am curious... I use @phpstorm @pycharm and @WebStormIDE on a daily basis depending on the project I am working on (each app provides specific features for each language). Would it be fare to assume #IntelliJ will provide the same as a single app?

In my experience, I've found specialized IDEs to be a lot friendlier when developing each technology.

This surely makes good sense! I think it makes really good sense as it relates to test execution, and other “specialized” cases.

For example:
@WebStormIDE understands updating package.json and running Jasmine tests and that sort of thing. I found it hard/impossible to configure this kind of stuff in@intellijidea (which I also use and love, but for JVM stuff only)2 replies 0 retweets 1 like
